30th December
4.00 - 5.00 pm - Fireside Afternoon Tea with home baked scones, a wee dram and other sweet treats. Different cakes with teas each day, possible different flavours of scones too. Pre-order your wine for Dinner
- 7.00 – 7.30 pm - Meet Your Hosts, proud owners Stuart & Susannah Macpherson, and their friendly staff with a pre-dinner welcome drink and a chance to introduce yourself to the other house guests
- 7.30 pm - A la Carte Dinner featuring contemporary Scottish cuisine from chef Garry Kenley. Highland Dancers
- 9.00 – 11.30 pm - Relax in the lounge after dinner with coffee, listening to traditional music played by a young local musician
31st December
8.00 – 10.00 am - A la Carte Breakfast served in the Octagonal room with breathtaking views across the lawns of the Strathconon Mountains. First-up get the window tables!

- 7.00 – 7.30 pm - Pre-Dinner Hors d’Oeuvres reception and a champagne toast from your host
- 8.00 – 1.00 am - Gourmet Celebration Ceilidh. Chef Garry pulls out all the stops to create a most memorable meal and a fitting way to end the old year and bring in the new. Bring your dancing shoes, dust off your finery and enjoy a traditional Highland ceilidh.
1st January
9.30– 11.00 am - Have a long lie and enjoy a Late Breakfast at your leisure
