Dining at
Coul House is a real experience. The octagonal dining
room has a 18 foot ceiling, a fire place and three
ceiling to floor windows with fabulous views of the
Strathconon Valley and the mountains beyond.
Often in the evening you’ll see beautiful sunsets,
or by day you may catch site of either a Pine Marten
or a Red Kite.
The views and the wildlife are not the only thing
memorable about dining at Coul House, our chef Garry
Kenley and his crew offer contemporary Scottish cuisine
with a fusion of Scottish and European styles using
the best ingredients from the Highland Larder.
Garry draws from his international experience and
his worldly travels to create unique and interesting
menus that continue to delight.
